LYNDA WATSON & NANCY WATSON

Lynda Watson and Nancy Watson are both members of the London chapter of the Embroiderers Guild.

Nancy is the fibre arts teacher at Beal Secondary School. These two women, mother and daughter, work often with the same techniques but the results are completely different. 

The range of methods, styles and scales is amazing to the layman. Using felting, machine and countless hand stitched embroidery, who would/could imagine such variety and differing vision. From Nancy's amazing self portraits to Lynda's vibrant abstract compositions.
